Introducing

Mighty One, Kennedy Grace Bayer! This is after the G&R ceremony. She was not happy at all because they had put a diaper on her. So after it came off we have been smiles ever since. She is perfect and beautiful and a complete joy! Hey the girl loves to shop. We went to the mall and she says "Ma" and points and smile. She has me wrapped around her little finger. She is tiny! Her daddy, sisters and brothers were able to see her tonight via web cam. She blew them kisses.
I have so much more I want to tell everyone on but it is late and my battery is low so I will post more tomorrow. We did a lot of the paper work today and can you beleive it, the American Embassy is closed Monday for Martin Luther King Day! Oh well. We are trying to experience this beautiful country and take advantage of our free time. Thanks to all of you for your prayers it is going great.

Yeah -I'm so glad you posted a picture! I know you will, but DO enjoy every minute of VN. It is a very special place. You are missing out on a huge snow and ice storm here. I wonder what Kennedy would think of this winter weather? It'll probably be warm again by the time you return. Can't wait to see Kennedy again!

    Elaine,
Kennedy is beautiful and you look radiant! So glad everything is going so well. Enjoy your time in VN and getting to know your baby girl. The webcam idea is so perfect so Mike and the girls can feel a part of the journey to Kennedy.
Wishing you smooth sailing through the paperwork! Kim

I am so happy to hear things are going so well! I guess diapers aren't really that important, are they :o) I hope you continue to have a great trip with your beautiful daughter.

You picked a great time to go... it's been sleeting here all day.

God bless. We're keeping you, Mighty One, and the rest of the Bayer clan in our thoughts and prayers.
